If you are a space holder, a circle facilitator, an intuitive guide — your work is beautiful and vital. But if you feel the pull toward becoming a spiritual teacher, there is an entirely different level of power and responsibility waiting for you.
And I want to speak about that honestly — because I see so many spiritual women hiding from this archetype, or covering it with wishy-washy language that keeps them small.
You are not just a space holder. You are not just a guide.
If the teacher archetype is calling you — it is time to stop diluting that call.
The Role of the Spiritual Teacher
A true teacher is an energetic leader.
Not to dominate the space. Not to perform. But to hold the frequency of the room so that students can safely take risks and step into their own power.
And yet, time and again I see spiritual women holding back from this role for fear of being seen as:
- Aggressive
- A know-it-all
- Too disruptive
- Too powerful
In today’s world, women are often encouraged to speak softly, to shrink their presence, to avoid making others uncomfortable.
But as a teacher?
Your role is not to make others comfortable. Your role is to support their evolution.
That is what teaching is about.
And this is why I say openly to my students: I am not here for your comfort. I am here for your evolution.
You Are the Oracle
The teacher archetype matters to me because I want to transfer knowledge, not hoard it.
I want to empower you to know that you are the oracle.
You already have the wisdom inside you.
As a teacher, my job is not to give you answers.
It is to create the space where you remember that you are the one you’ve been seeking.
This is how we move beyond guru culture — where the teacher holds all the answers and the students stay in dependence.
Great teaching is about creating self-reliance, not dependency.
Teaching Is a Path of Embodiment
Here is the most important thing I can tell you about stepping into the teacher archetype:
To teach is to demonstrate.
I cannot teach anything that I do not embody.
None of us can.
And this is where self-reliance and humility become vital.
A true teacher knows: I am the first student of everything I teach.
I am always learning. I will never stop being a humble student — of my own work, and of the great teachers who have gone before me.
And that humility is what allows you to teach with integrity, with authenticity, and with trust.
Your Unique Teacher Archetype
Another reason so many women hesitate to claim this archetype is because they think they have to do it like someone else.
You don’t.
Some of us are fierce (I certainly am).
Some of us are gentle, playful, or curious.
There is no one way to embody the teacher archetype.
But to activate it, you must give yourself permission to rise.
And readiness is not about:
- Have I studied enough?
- Have I learnt enough?
- Have I lived enough?
It is about willingness.
Willingness to lead others to their own liberation — and willingness to be unafraid of your own power.
Why We Resist Self-Reliance
Many people unconsciously resist self-reliance.
It is easier to believe that someone else holds the answers.
It is easier to keep chasing the next course, the next program, the next teacher — instead of trusting that you are ready to lead.
But here’s the truth: There is no magical time when someone will hand you a permission slip and say, “You are good enough now.”
That decision comes from within.
That is inner authority.
And that is what I want to help you cultivate — so you can teach from a place of congruence, not from fear or apology.
Overcoming the Guru Culture
The spiritual teaching landscape is still riddled with guru culture — with models that encourage dependence rather than empowerment.
But as teachers, we must lead differently.
Our highest purpose is to teach in a way that makes us replaceable — because our students no longer need us to access their own wisdom.
This is the greatest gift we can offer.
And it is why I say: Teaching is about knowledge transference, not knowledge hoarding.
Final Invitation: Claim Your Role
If this message resonates — if you feel the burning desire to step into the teacher archetype — I invite you to do so without apology.
You are ready.
You are capable.
You are meant to share your wisdom.
And this is how we will create the next generation of spiritual teachers who lead with integrity and power — not from old paradigms of control and dependence.
