Why do I do what I do? When I invite you to increase access to your intuition; when I support women to rise into their holy power; when I refuse to use spiritual wisdom to teach you how to manifest more 'stuff' or gain more comfort; when I say again and again, I stand for your evolution not your comfort?
I am doing the only thing I know how to do - to remind us all, including myself, of who we truly are - creators, visionaries, builders of a new earth. This is what the Institute has always been about. It is not easy. But it is the only path I have been called to take.
Liberation - moksha - is end game for us all. But it is not something we attain in isolation. Spiritual awakening is not a solitary task. It is an act of service of the highest order. It is achieved through commitment to the greatest good for all. It is created by building your community.
As we watch the world become increasingly chaotic, desperate, terrified and inhumane, the Institute's service doesn't need to pivot suddenly. Everything we have ever done or ever will do is in the name of liberation for all.
I have been tasked at this time to further embolden the wisdom keepers and the temple builders. Because those who can lead must. Those who can inspire others to do the same must be championed. That's why I am focused on inspiring the leaders to stand up with as much courage and confidence as they can.
I often say to my students (with fierce compassion), 'Get over yourself. Get out of the way. And let God lead'. Our self-worth is often the thing that stands in the way of our decision to lead. Spiritual Self-esteem comes from knowing it is not about us. What are we holding back from the world by hiding in our feelings of low self-worth?
That's why I am dedicated to emboldening spiritual teachers. We don't have time for you to figure out if you're ready. You are. And I am here to champion you, to support you and to share everything I know about being a transformational teacher, so that you may inspire your communities at a time when you are so needed.
