An initiation for the inner marriage of the holy feminine & holy masculine
3 sessions • Day 1 (30 min) Durga / wounded feminine • Day 2 (30 min) Vishnu/Christ / holy masculine • Day 3 (60–75 min) The Sacrament of Union & Inner Marriage
There is no longer a path to wholeness that leads outward. The sacred you seek is already living inside your body — waiting for restoration, reconciliation and ritual. Holy Holy is an initiation for people who are done bargaining with imbalance. It is for those who want to lead, create and serve from the harmonised center of unity consciousness.
This initiation pairs ancient ritual with trauma-informed nervous-system practices. It’s devotional and embodied, fierce and gentle, devotional and practical.
Across three sessions you will meet the wounded feminine, meet the wounded masculine, and be guided into the sacrament of inner marriage — the union that reorders your nervous system, refines your power, and restores right action in your life and relationships.
People (women and men) who have wrestled with the split between masculine and feminine energies and are ready to stop choosing one over the other.
Healers, leaders and facilitators who want to embody balanced power so they can ethically steer communities and clients.
Anyone who senses that their creative potency, relationships or leadership are sabotaged by inner disharmony.
Soul-seekers who want a practical, embodied initiation rather than another abstract talk.
Day 1 — The Holy Feminine (Durga): release, witness, protection. Write and purge the stories and names that have shamed the feminine in you. Durga mudra + powerful Durga chant to transfigure panic and reclaim the mother’s fortress. Grounding, clearing and elevation.
Day 2 — The Holy Masculine (Vishnu/Christ): nervous-system tapping to meet fear or resistance; Garuda mudra and a Christ/Krishna invocation to anchor compassionate, creative masculine power. Practical ways to invite right action without domination.
Day 3 — The Sacrament of Union: breath-sacrament (Nadi Shodhana), heart-cathedral activation, vows between your inner lovers, devotional chanting (Sita-Ram) and a guided inner marriage — a felt reconnection of Ida & Pingala, Shakti & Shiva. You leave encoded with a repeatable ritual that reunites your central column of energy.
Theme: Meeting, healing, and elevating the wounded feminine.
Focus: Protection, release, restoration.
What’s covered:
Invocation of Durga, the fierce protector mother, as fortress energy.
Journaling purge: writing down every name, insult, judgment or curse that has been cast against the feminine (in ourselves and in the world).
Guided witnessing: releasing those stories into the presence of the Great Mother, allowing them to be seen and elevated.
Mudra practice: Durga’s mudra for strength and protection.
Chanting mantra: “Om Dum Durgayei Namaha” — to call in her fierce love and protection from fear/panic.
Embodied postures: seated or standing, grounding the body in fierce stability.
Outcome: Participants reclaim the feminine as fortress rather than fragility, free themselves from shame or diminishment, and establish a foundation of respect and protection for their feminine nature.
Theme: Meeting resistance and re-patterning the wounded masculine.
Focus: Compassion, right action, creative order.
What’s covered:
Nervous system regulation: tapping/EFT sequence to release subconscious fears and resistance to masculine energy (personal and collective).
Acknowledging wounds: facing internalised toxic masculinity and experiences of being harmed or limited by masculine energy.
Invocation of Vishnu (creator), Krishna, and Christ consciousness as embodiments of compassionate, holy masculine power.
Mudra practice: Garuda Mudra (eagle) — Vishnu’s vehicle, representing elevation and spiritual maturity.
Chanting mantra: “Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya” — anchoring the Christ/Krishna vibration.
Reflection: “What does my holy masculine need?” — intuitive guidance exercise.
Outcome: Participants experience the masculine not as dominance but as protection, compassion, and right action. They develop a felt sense of safe masculine energy within themselves, able to support and hold the feminine in balance.
Theme: Harmonisation of feminine and masculine — inner marriage.
Focus: Integration, wholeness, unity consciousness.
What’s covered:
Heart-cathedral journey: guided visualization into the “cathedral of the heart” to receive sacred codes of union.
Breath practice: Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to balance Ida (feminine) and Pingala (masculine) channels, awakening Shushumna (central channel).
Symbolic vows: participants create vows between their holy feminine and holy masculine (what each promises the other).
Mudra practice: Hanuman mudra (palm raised) — devotion and humility to truth.
Chanting mantra: joyous repetition of “Sita Ram” — celebrating the cosmic lovers reunited.
Storytelling: myths of Sita & Ram, Jesus & Magdalene, Shiva & Shakti, as archetypes of divine union.
Embodied activation: raising energy through movement, voice, and chant into ecstatic bliss.
Outcome: Participants experience the reconciliation of inner masculine and feminine, encoded as a repeatable ritual. They leave with:
A harmonised nervous system.
A lived imprint of union that can be recalled in daily practice.
Practical tools (mudras, mantras, breath) to re-establish balance whenever disharmony arises.
An expanded sense of purpose and right action, grounded in unity consciousness.
Embodied mudras (Durga, Garuda, Hanuman) and mantras/chants used during the initiation.
Grounding journal prompts to excavate and transmute stories of wounding.
Nervous-system regulation tools: breathwork, tapping, and pranayama (Nadi Shodhana).
Heart-cathedral visualization and leader/facilitator integration prompts to bring the marriage into your work.
A clear ritual to repeat whenever you need to rebalance or prepare for leadership, ceremony or relationship work.
Group field — chanting, witnessing and public vow options (community container).
A tangible inner harmony between your masculine and feminine energies — less reactivity, more creative potency.
An embodied daily ritual to restore balance before meetings, launches, or emotional storms.
Greater capacity to serve without burnout or bypass, and the ethical clarity to lead from unity consciousness.
Energetic and somatic release of long-held shame and betrayal—root-level shifts, not just intellectual frameworks.
A lived experience of sacred union that ripples into relationships, clients and the communities you steward.
Three masterclass recordings (two x 30-min practices + one x 60–75-min finale).
Practices are experiential — you’ll need a journal, water, a quiet space, and (optional) a candle.
We live in a moment when the cosmic lovers must be reunited — not as fantasy, but as embodied practice.
When the inner marriage is honoured, our capacity to create, to hold authority and to heal expands exponentially.
Holy Holy is a portal: initiation into a living pattern of right action, devotion and sovereign service.
Together, these three parts form a full initiation arc:
Healing & protecting the feminine.
Restoring & sanctifying the masculine.
Uniting both into wholeness and embodied leadership.
Reclaim the holy life-fire within and lead from the harmonised center.
