We are entering a period of profound transformation and societal disruption—what Francis Weller refers to as "the long dark"—in which we, as leaders, are being asked to return to local community, ritual, and spiritual presence as essential tools for navigating uncertainty and catalyzing collective resilience.
We have stood in moments like this before. Our role as leaders has never been more important.

Join us in a beautiful home set in Los Altos Hills, in an intimate setting surrounded by nature, where we will explore:
- How to live with courage and power, so that we may lead others from fear to transformation.
- Cultivating the conditions within us to build inner resilience and agility to move forward in our lives and our work, even amid the global energy of uncertainty.
- The science of Intuitive Intelligence, the archetype of Innana as a leadership model, nervous system agility and the role of inherent interconnectedness as an antidote to the hyper-individuality of the contemporary age.
- Practices including Bhakti Yin Yoga, Forest Bathing, Breathwork, Meditation, and Subconscious Fear Release

Ashlie Beringer is the founder of the Big Love Institute, a non-profit collective that seeks to restore our wholeness through rituals of healing, connection and meaning. Ashlie is a lawyer, technology leader and spiritual director who works with leaders and organizations to navigate disruption and growth through a lens of sustainability and agency.
Dr Ricci-Jane Adams is the founder of The Institute for Intuitive Intelligence®. She’s a researcher, writer and intuition expert dedicated to reconnecting people to their inner authority. Ricci-Jane is a psychotherapist, spiritual teacher and author.
