I came back from Ireland on Tuesday evening and my body is a little bit out of sorts because as you know long haul travel is quite taxing on the body. I've come back and developed a little case of gastro which seems to be quite appropriate as this unexpected detox and physical release is what my soul, heart, and mind are experiencing too.
I wanted to tell you all what's happening for me since coming back from this quite epic pilgrimage because I know that as the days pass and I integrate everything and it becomes normal this kind of wide-open raw feeling is not going to be so accessible and I wanted to tap into that energy and share it with you now.
