I’m working on my next book right now. It’s called You Know What to Do, and it’s about exactly that, trusting yourself in a world that taught you not to. Your intuitive intelligence is already alive within you. But if you’ve been raised, like most of us, in a culture that undermines inner authority, especially for women, then trusting your own knowing doesn’t come naturally. It has to be remembered.
This remembering is the work of intuitive intelligence.
Our culture, in every way imaginable; politically, spiritually, psychologically, has systematically trained us to doubt ourselves. It’s not just you, and it’s not your fault. This is the inherited trauma of living in systems that benefit from our disconnection. I could teach you how to activate your intuition until the cows come home, but if you don’t trust it, it won’t matter.
Activating intuition isn’t about getting little psychic hits or random spiritual nudges. It’s about reclaiming your inner authority. It’s about building a deep, unshakeable relationship with the part of you that already knows the highest path for your life. The part of you that’s never been broken, never been confused, never been wrong.
Even when that intuition rises, we doubt it. We talk ourselves out of it. We ask someone else what they think, may it be our partner, a healer, a tarot reader, even Google. And in that moment, we give our power away again.
This isn’t because we’re weak. It’s because we’ve been conditioned. And it has to stop.
At the Institute, we teach that deep intuitive intelligence starts with recognising how often we mistake fear for guidance. A rush of adrenaline isn’t intuition. A fight-or-flight nervous system isn’t wisdom. If your body is in survival mode, you cannot receive deep inner knowing. It’s biologically impossible.
So what’s the solution?
Stillness. Silence. Solitude.
These three words are the conditions that allow your intuition to flourish. Not more information. Not more guidance. Not more spiritual tools. Just you, with yourself.
Even five minutes a day of sitting without distraction, no phone, no journal, no podcast, resets your biology. It tells your nervous system, “I’m safe.” And only then can intuitive intelligence rise.
But we must act on it too.
If we call in guidance and ignore it, we shut it down. Over time, that beautiful, sacred voice within will quieten. Not because it’s gone, but because we’ve chosen to abandon it.
This is why I created Ācārya, our globally recognised certified Intuition Teacher training. Not just to deepen your personal connection to intuitive intelligence, but to equip you with the sacred responsibility to teach it. To embody it. To serve others with it. To bring spiritual self-esteem and inner authority to a world that desperately needs it.
Ācārya is for women ready to stop sitting back from their power. It’s for those who may already teach or serve in spiritual spaces but know they’re still holding something back. You’re not here to play small. You’re here to lead.
When I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2022, I had no intention of becoming a professional yogi, but I wanted to go deeper. There’s something about preparing to teach that requires you to fully embody what you are teaching. That’s what Ācārya does, it scaffolds you. It calls you forward. It activates your spiritual fierceness.
We are no longer in an era where spiritual knowledge is enough. The time now is for spiritual leadership. For teachers who aren’t just intuitive, but trustworthy, trauma-informed, and equipped to help others remember who they are.
So I’ll ask you:
- Are you willing to sit with yourself in stillness, silence, and solitude for five minutes a day?
- Are you ready to cultivate the nervous system fitness needed to receive deep intuitive knowing?
- Are you ready to trust yourself even if no one else agrees with you?
Because you do know what to do. You always have.
Ready to go deeper?
Ācārya begins this September. For the first time, enrolments are open to anyone ready to lead from their inner authority and become a certified teacher of intuitive intelligence. Join us.
