Here’s a really common way we are f**king up our intuition, that most people are doing without realising what’s really happening.
If you’ve tried to connect to your intuition through meditation, oracle cards, guides, channeling, or any other spiritual practice, chances are you were told to “close your eyes”.
This seemingly innocent habit carries a much bigger cost than most people realise.
The idea behind closing our eyes is usually this:
We’re entering an altered state.
We’re transcending the human mess.
We’re connecting to something higher, purer, more enlightened.
If only it were that innocent.
Closing our eyes subtly reinforces the belief that intuition exists somewhere other than here. Somewhere removed from our bodies, our lives, and our humanity. Somewhere special. Somewhere magical. Somewhere only a few people can access.
That story has done enormous damage.
Intuition is not a special gift for the chosen few. It is not rare. It is not fragile. And it certainly does not live in the 29th dimension. Intuition is mundane, and that’s exactly why it’s powerful.
Every single one of us is biologically designed to be intuitive. Our nervous system, our pattern recognition, our sensory awareness, our capacity to read subtle information. This is not mystical fluff. This is human physiology.
When we close our eyes to access intuition, what we’re really saying is that intuition is not available in the world. If intuition isn’t available in the world, how is it meant to help us live our lives?
We end up separating intuition from reality.
Inside the Institute, I teach people how to receive intuition consciously, with their eyes open, while living their lives.
Crystals. Incense. Oracle cards. Full moons. Trance states.
None of these are inherently wrong, but when they become requirements, we’ve drifted into performance rather than capacity. We start treating intuition as something fragile, rare, and external. Something that needs to be summoned rather than lived.
This creates dependence. It creates hierarchy.
It keeps people disconnected from their own inner authority.
When intuition becomes something we outsource, we’ve already lost our way.
We are living in a time that is demanding more from our nervous systems, our ethics, and our capacity to stay human under pressure. This is not the moment for intuition that only works on a meditation cushion.
This is the moment for intuition that is embodied, regulated, and available in the middle of uncertainty. Intuition is the marriage of our humanity and our divinity. It is not an escape from the world. It is how we stay present within it.
This is exactly what we work with inside Unf**k Your Intuition.
Not to give you answers or make you dependent, but to help you reclaim intuition as your own biological technology, available in real time, in real life.
Over four weeks, we dismantle the myths, regulate the nervous system, rebuild trust, and bring intuition back into the body where it belongs.
